RETURNS
Oh No don't like what you have ordered? No problem send it back to us!
Email us at sales@llamaricollection.info and provide your order number. We'll get back to you within 24 hours (excludes weekends).
You will receive the return address along with returning instructions.
We will only accept a return for a full refund if it's within 14 days and the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All tags still attached- As stated if removed i am yours forever!
- Free of any cosmetic contact i.e. makeup stains, fake tan and scents of perfume.
All returns are to be done and paid for by the customer. We would advise you to use signed for delivery service and keeping a copy of the tracking number, as we can't be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
We do not offer exchanges.
Please allow up to 7 days after we've received your return for the money to appear into your account. If the money does not show in your account, please email us to look into it and get back to you.
We, at Llamari pride ourselves on great service and amazing quality clothing, But sometimes things can go wrong, if your order arrives and an item is missing, faulty or you've been sent something you didn't order. Please let us know via email and we will address the issues straight away.
